Our Technology
Our collector network, installed just 50 mm below the surface, simultaneously exploits three renewable energy sources for efficiency without precedent.
The black resin surface absorbs up to 85% of incident solar radiation. The energy stored in the slab is continuously recovered by the heat-transfer fluid.
The shallow ground holds a stable temperature between 10 and 14°C all year round, independent of surface climate swings.
The permeability of the resin lets the fluid draw calories from air passing through the structure — even in cloudy or rainy weather.
The Energy Flow
Three free energy sources feed a single heat pump that delivers more than five times the energy it consumes — heating in winter, cooling in summer.
The synergy of three energy sources gives our system a SCOP above 4.0 — meaning that for every 1 kWh of electricity consumed, it delivers more than 4 kWh of heat.
On the Ground
The serpentine collector network is laid in a shallow bed, connected to a central manifold, then sealed under a permeable architectural resin. Once cured, the energy system disappears completely — only a beautiful surface remains.
